How can I add a photo of myself to all of my posts?

To help your classmates identify you more easily, you may want to have a photo or other image appear on all of your posts in Class Discussions. You can do this by attaching an "avatar" to your profile. To do this:

1. From anywhere in the forums, click User CP to open your User Control Panel.
   
2. The User Control Panel appears along the left side of your screen. Scroll down to locate the Your Profile heading.
3. Under Your Profile > Edit Profile, select Change Avatar.
   
4. You may prefer to use a cartoon or other graphic instead of an actual photo of yourself. You may do any of the following:

• Choose a graphic from the Gallery (click Go)
• Upload a graphic or photo from your hard drive or other location (click Browse)
• Point to a graphic or photo that resides on a website (type the URL in the indicated space)

When you have selected the avatar you want to use, click Change Avatar.  Your photo or graphic will now appear on everything you post, including items you have previously posted.

If you decide you no longer want to use an avatar,  click Remove Avatar. Your photo or graphic will no longer appear on any of your posts (including previously posted items).
