Downloading Purchased Products

Solution

IBS 2.7 > Student Functions

A video tutorial is available on this topic. Select Downloading Purchased Products from the IBS Help Page, or click here to view it.

The Download My Files link under Students > Learn will take you to the My Files tab in My Courses. This page displays any items you have purchased that are downloadable files, such as offline interactive (OFIS) courses and PDFs. To initiate the download process, click Download in the Action column.

Downloading a PDF

When you click Download for a PDF course, the requested file will be downloaded to your hard drive. If you wish, you may move it from your downloads folder to any convenient location on your computer. To read or print the course, simply double-click to open it. You will need the free Adobe reader; if you do not already have it, you can get it here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Downloading an offline interactive course (OFIS)

Clicking Download for an OFIS course will display a list of items that you can download. These may include:

  • Offline Installation Instructions: A file containing complete instructions for downloading your course.
  • IBS Offline Main App: The application that allows you to open and enter the offline classroom.
  • Resource materials for the class you are downloading. These may vary by course and language.  They may include a Bible you can access from within the classroom, a Bible encyclopedia, a concordance, and other supplemental material.
  • <Your purchased course>: The content of the course you have purchased.

Please click the Offline Installation Instructions to view and/or print complete, current instructions on how to download your interactive course.

See Using your Downloaded Offline Course for instructions on how to launch the course after you have completed the download process.
